2.6.3RC3 - Run control/config generate tests on VMD enabled cluster

Description

The control/config_generate* tests in CI currently enabled to run on non-vmd clusters. VMD enabled clusters in CI do not have VMD configuration blanaced across NUMA nodes and will cause to fail.

We have ICX nodes where vmd cfg is balanced.

For coverage, let’s run the following tests manually on the ICX nodes:

ftest/control/config_generate_output.py

ftest/control/config_generate_run.py
